Flamenco-ESL and Eiken classes postponed

Due to the COVID-19 stay-in-place order issued by the State of Michigan, the Flamenco and English-second-language class scheduled to begin on March 30 has been postponed. We will make a further announcement once concerns about the virus have passed.

Likewise, the spring break English language competency exam (Eiken) preparation class, scheduled to begin April, 6 has been suspended for the same reason, but we plan to hold this Eiken class at a later date. We will pass along further information when circumstances improve.

Individual English and Japanese conversation classes and interpreting class meetings continue to be held online. So, even though you can’t go out, if you have thought about improving your language skills, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Changes in our operations due to COVID-19 measures

We are still open for business and offering translation and remote interpreting services during the current COVID-19 outbreak. However, we are curtailing our office hours and doing more work remotely, so it may take us a little longer than usual to respond to customer inquiries. We look forward to hearing from you and will respond as quickly as possible. For urgent requests, please call 248-344-0909.

English proficiency exam preparation class: Special course offered during spring break

A class for young people planning to take the English language proficiency exam will be offered by Suzuki Myers and Associates April 6-10, 2020.

The class will be conducted in an easily understandable way by native Japanese instructors who have extensive knowledge of the English language and experience teaching in both the U.S. and Japan.
